Veronika Vitazkova Simonsen is a professional flutist based in Vienna who fluently conveys her love of music through different genres, styles and flutes from all over the world.
As a versatile artist who introduces traditional half forgotten instruments on an international stage, she is constantly inspiring and bringing new knowledge to her audience.
Veronika has a passion for recording, bringing a new energy to numerous film and game music scores and soundtracks (for ex., Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, BBC just to name a
few) both as a solo and orchestral musician.
She performed as a ethnic woodwind soloist with Janoska ensemble and Tonkünstler Orchester Niederösterreich, RSO Wien, Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen, Duisburger Philharmoniker or Sinfonietta Cracovia with different flutes from all over the world.
Veronika finished her classical flute studies at Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien in 2018 and she works also as a classical musician - invited to play and tour with
prominent ensembles and conductors such as the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, the Wiener Volksoper Orchester and the late Ennio Morricone.
